The journey begins along a stretch of the old railway, now surrounded by the lush greenery of a semi-marshland environment – a true natural paradise that welcomes you with its silence and reflections. ??

The trail continues into the territory of Cineto Romano, climbing narrow roads that wind through centuries-old olive groves, the pride of this charming village. From here, the view opens up over the Aniene Valley plain: a breathtaking panorama that stays with you forever. ?✨

Next comes the enveloping fragrance of broom fields, which in May and June explode in a golden bloom, filling the air with their magical scent. ?

Crossing into Roviano, the route climbs up to a panoramic point overlooking much of the valley – a natural spectacle to behold.

Here, the adventure slows down for a moment of taste and authenticity: a bruschetta topped with local extra virgin olive oil, pressed from the groves surrounding these villages.
A drizzle of golden oil, with its intense aroma and lively flavor, awakens the palate with simple, genuine sensations that only the land can offer. ?✨

After this flavorful pause, the descent begins: winding down towards the valley floor and the base camp, passing through the village and making a short detour to the small sulphur water lake of Oreèlla. ?

• Long pants covering the ankles

• Closed shoes such as trekking or similar (❌ open shoes are not allowed for safety reasons)

• K-way / windbreaker (recommended)

• Motorcycle gloves or similar (recommended)

• Sweatshirt or heavy jacket depending on the season

• A full change of clothes in case of mud or dirt

• A B driving license is required to drive the quad

• Children as passengers: minimum height 1.45 m, so they can properly place their feet on the footrests and hold onto the handles safely
